Is your stock plastic shroud broken or missing? Have you converted your non-intercooled truck to the intercooled style radiator? Is your truck running hot because you don't have a properly functioning fan shroud? This shroud is perfect for restoring your cooling system's performance and looks good doing it! This shroud is constructed from CNC laser cut 20-gauge Stainless Steel, and is brake formed, and hand riveted together. All hardware is included, and installation is easy. Two bolts must be drilled in upper radiator tabs, as shown in photos. The lower portion of the shroud slides into the factory clips. As always, shipping is free!

Notes:

  • If your stock insulation is sagging, and contacting your radiator tabs, it will rub on this fan shroud.
  • Two holes must be drilled in upper radiator tabs to install.
  • This shroud will only fit trucks with the 91.5-93 "intercooled" style radiators and fan/fan hub assembly.

The fan shroud from Five Nine Fabrication is made just as heavy duty as the 5.9 Cummins this thing will last the rest of the trucks life and mine it looks great and should work great have not had time to install it yet but it's going to work perfectly thanks Five Nine Fabrication.

Store owner replied: Hi David. The two square holes on the bottom of the shroud slip over the spring clips on the radiator. You just push down to engage the spring clips. Feel free to send us an email if you continue to have trouble with it.

I experienced an unusual issue, and Randy was invaluable in resolving my situation. I had installed a Fluidampr balancer, which is larger than the stock balancer. A slight modification with a cutoff wheel resolved the clearance issue. I wholeheartedly recommend the shroud.
